On the morning of April 24, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 1 of the Stylution Intelligent Valley project was grandly held in a warm and solemn atmosphere.

The ceremony began with a solemn traditional prayer ritual. Offerings were neatly arranged, and incense smoke curled upward. Staff members of Stylution, together with the group’s management and representatives of Zhongtian South China Group, held incense sticks to pray for safe and smooth construction, efficient progress, and early successful completion of the project.

Yan Xinyu, President of Zhongtian South China Construction Investment Group, presented to guests the project’s planning layout, architectural design, construction schedule and quality assurance measures.

Half a Century of Ingenuity, Intelligent Valley Lays Foundation for a Century-old Vision
Amid warm applause, Dr. Chen Yanmu, Chairman of Stylution Holdings Group, delivered an inspiring speech.

Government and Enterprises Join Hands for a New Chapter of Development
Chen Jianfeng, Member of the Party Committee of Dalingshan Town, extended warm congratulations on the commencement of Phase 1 of Stylution Intelligent Valley.
He noted that Stylution Intelligent Valley is the first “industrial land renewal” project of a Taiwan-invested enterprise in Dalingshan. It demonstrates Stylution’s active response to the government’s policies of land intensification and “industries going upward”, as well as Dalingshan’s concrete actions to promote high-quality development and the “Hundred, Thousand, Ten Thousand” Project.

Grand Foundation-Laying Ceremony Marks the Official Start of Construction
The most anticipated moment arrived at the foundation-laying ceremony. Government leaders, senior executives of Stylution Holdings Group, and representatives of Zhongtian Group jointly shoveled soil for the foundation stone.
Amid warm applause and salutes, guests covered the foundation stone with soil symbolizing hope and blessing, marking the official commencement of Phase 1 of Stylution Intelligent Valley. The atmosphere reached its climax, with the roar of construction machinery composing an inspiring anthem of construction, heralding the full-speed progress of the project.

Chen Guanyu, President of Stylution Holdings Group, announced that the project has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan (US$210 million) and will be developed in two phases.
Phase 1 covers 126,000 square meters (1,356,251 sq ft), including four high-rise factories (Buildings 8, 9, 10, 11), one headquarters building (Building 1), and two dormitory buildings (Buildings 6, 7).Upon completion, Phase 1 will attract more than 30 enterprises and create about 3,000 jobs.
He looked forward to working with more like-minded partners to explore the vast market of the smart home industry and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
